The FLIR E53-24-NIST Advanced Thermal Imaging Camera with MSX Technology and 24° Lens, 240 x 180, 30Hz can detect even subtle indications of building deficiencies and moisture intrusion, and offers on-screen area measurement, so that you can easily quantify and document air leaks, moisture, and other building problems.
Even as an entry-level camera, the E53 features a 240 x 180 (43,200 pixels) IR resolution and selectable object temperature ranges of -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) and 0°C to 650°C (32°F to 1200°F). Additionally, this camera has a manual focus and several measurement presets including no measurement, center spot, hot spot, cold spot, 3 spots and hot spot-spot (hot spot to center spot Delta measurement). MSX® technology embosses visual details on a full resolution thermal image. The Li-ion battery can be charged in the camera or on a separate charger and provides up to 2.5 hours of battery life during typical use.
